Jerry Lee Thompson, DOB 02/24/1959, was convicted today of three counts of Attempted First Degree Murder, Kidnapping, and First Degree Burglary as well as other felony assault charges involving 3 separate victims arising out of a domestic violence incident in Fairhaven Township on August 5, 2008. - 12/17/09
To bring awareness to the issues surrounding Domestic Violence and its effects on this community, the Stearns County Board of Commissioners has proclaimed October 2009 as Domestic Violence Awareness Month. - 10/6/09
The Stearns County Attorney’s Office has charged Dennis Michael Lemke, DOB 8/30/65, with multiple counts of Criminal Sexual Conduct in the First and Second Degrees involving 9 separate victims, arising out of events alleged to have occurred between 2001 and 2007 at Lemke’s former residence in south St. Cloud. - 9/16/09
