Obtaining Building Permits in Stearns County
Maine Prairie Township
Maine Prairie Township shall issue permits for:
- Agricultural and residential accessory structures outside of the Shoreland Overlay District.
All other permits, including those required in the Shoreland Overlay District, shall be issued by Stearns County.
A signature from Maine Prairie Township is required on all applications for a construction site permit that will be issued by Stearns County.
