- Paynesville (four 3-bedroom units),
- and Brooten (four 2-bedroom units).
About the Units
Each twin home unit is bright, roomy and comfortable. The two-bedroom units are a one-level design with 1,030 square feet. The three-bedroom units are a two-story design with 1,412 square feet.
Each kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator and stove. The rental units also feature central air conditioning, and have laundry hook-ups for the convenience of the residents. Further, there is a double attached garage at each unit, and a yard and patio area for residents to enjoy.

Qualifications
"Heading for Home" provides rental units to households that have incomes meeting income limits. Units will be leased with a minimum of 1 person per bedroom, unless no applicants meeting this criteria have applied. References are required.
Rental Office
Rental applications will be accepted at the Stearns County Housing and Redevelopment Authority office located in Cold Spring. Directions to the HRA office

Rents
"Heading for Home" rentals have been designed and constructed to provide comfortable living quarters to qualified renters at an affordable rent. Depending on unit size and location, rents range from $570.00 to $700.00 per month, and do not include utilities.
