About the Rent
Qualified residents pay 30% of their adjusted gross income for rent. Heat, electricity, water, sewer and trash are all included in rent.
Qualifications
"The Bell" Apartments are for seniors age 62+ who have income that falls within the income limits assigned for the property.
Applicants must also meet the occupancy standards and other qualifications as determined by the HRA. References will be required.
