Donate Your Old Glasses
Many of us don't think about recycling our eye glasses when our prescription or fashion choice changes. But by donating your old, unwanted eyewear you can dramatically improve someone's life.
Your used glasses can provide an adult with the clear vision neccessary to maintain employment or give a child the chance to remain in school.
Through "Lions Recycle for Sight", clubs throughout North America join together to help the world see better.
Contact your local Lion's Club to learn more about the program. If you live in the Avon/Albany area Stearns Bank has a drop box in front of the bank!
