Antonio Maurice Delk was convicted of two counts of second-degree murder, one count of third-degree murder and one count of second-degree assault in the November 26, 2005 death of Tiara Jo Martell-Dingmann. His sentencing date is set for August 9, 2007 at 9 a.m. Delk has been in the Minnesota Correctional Facility-St. Cloud since his conviction.
A witness said he was with Delk on the night of the shooting and saw Delk fire one shot into the apartment and heard two more shots fired as the witness ducked behind the steering wheel of the car he was in.
Delk had come to the party that night after his cousin, David Delk, had been kicked out of the party. David Delk returned with several people to confront those at the party. The remaining four co-defendants have all been convicted of felonies arising out of the same incident.
