Judge Landwehr denied the defendant’s request for a downward durational departure in sentencing and instead sentenced Mr. Thompson to 5 consecutive sentences resulting in the 34 ½ year commitment to prison. Attached are the original complaint and Judge Landwehr’s trial findings and order.
