The Honorable Vicki Landwehr sentenced Dennis M. Lemke, DOB 8/30/1965, to 1,317 months (109 ¾ years) in state prison following his guilty plea to 9 Counts of Criminal Sexual Conduct in the First Degree and a single count of Criminal Sexual Conduct in the Second Degree involving 9 separate victims, arising out of events between 2001 and 2007 at Lemke’s former residence in south St. Cloud. Janelle Kendall, Stearns County Attorney, stated: “The extent of these charges were horrific; the families of these victims are pleased that Judge Landwehr guaranteed that Mr. Lemke will serve the remainder of his life locked away. We do ask that our community please continue to respect the families and victims of this matter.”
Lemke is currently serving 30 years in federal prison for the Manufacture of Child Pornography. His state sentence will be served concurrent with his federal prison sentence. Once his federal sentence is served, he will be transferred to a state facility to serve out the remainder of his sentence.
