Sealed bids will be received at the office of the County Auditor, Stearns County Administration Center, Room 148, 705 Courthouse Square, St. Cloud, Minnesota 56303, until 11:00 a.m. on Friday, the 17th day of February, 2012, for the purchase of the following real property located in Stearns County, Minnesota:
All that part of Lot 4 of Block 1 of Theisen Park of Section 8, Township 124 North, Range 28 West on file and of record in the office of the County Recorder in and for Stearns County, Minnesota, lying northerly of that part of said Lot 4 of Block 1 shown as Parcel 19 on the Plat designated as Stearns County Highway Right of Way Plat No. 1 on file and of record in the office of said County Recorder in and for Stearns County, Minnesota.
Containing 13,633 sq. ft. more or less.
