County Administrator's Office
The County Administrator's Office aids the Board of Commissioners in the overall administration of County operations.
Its responsibilities include the annual preparation of the County budget, labor negotiations, risk management, and planning for capital improvements and communication systems.
The Administrator reports directly to the County Board and acts as a liaison between the Board and its 17 County departments. The Administrator also serves as the Public Information Director for the County.
This department represents the County before the State Legislature, other local governments, school districts, and special interest groups.
