The Stearns County Housing and Redevelopment Authority (HRA) has been involved in Economic/Community Development projects throughout Stearns County for over 25 years. Activities include both private and public financing projects.
From Standard Iron and Felling Trailers in Sauk Centre to Cold Spring Granite and Gold’N Plump Poultry in Cold Spring, the HRA has been instrumental in financing new projects and expansions.
Other examples include:

Tax exempt bonds for Granite Tops in Rockville and Cold Spring Granite in Cold Spring.
- Low interest loan financing to Polar Tank Trailer in Opole and Holdingford.
- Low interest loan to Bayer Built in Belgrade.
- Financing County road upgrades in Albany for the Wells Concrete Project.
