Feedlot Rules
The Stearns County Environmental Services Department administers a number of programs, rules and regulations on behalf of the State of Minnesota. Such programs, rules and regulations include but are not limited to the Delegated Feedlot Program; Wetland Conservation Act; Shoreland Program; ISTS Program; Food Beverage and Lodging Program; Solid Waste Programs and Household Hazardous Waste Programs.
