Felony criminal prosecutions continue to rise in Stearns County. Statistics available back to 1988 show the increase (below). Please note that most crime is drug and/or alcohol related. As of 2005, 13 attorneys assigned to 4 teams (person crimes, property crimes, drugs and guns, and traffic/misdemeanors) work to prosecute adult crimes in Stearns County.
