Stearns County places a high priority on keeping its residents safe in an emergency. In an effort to provide you with information about severe weather, flooding and public health emergencies we have partnered with Everbridge to provide timely emergency notifications.
Everbridge is a reverse notification system that allows designated personnel to make emergency phone calls using phone numbers listed in the 911 database. Because so many households now use cell phones, Everbridge offers an option for community members to register additional phone numbers and email addresses to receive phone calls, text messages and emails about severe weather in your area, flood updates and information about public health emergencies.
