Juvenile Delinquency & Child Protection

Stearns County Attorney
County Attorney: Janelle P. Kendall

As your county attorney, I emphasize accountability and crime prevention - making the Stearns County Attorney's Office more accountable to the communities in Stearns County, as well as ensuring that kids who break the law are held accountable for their actions and receive appropriate consequences in a timely manner. Additionally, the significant increase in child protection matters has required a reallocation of resources to concentrate time and attention on these most important matters. The Stearns County Attorney's Office Juvenile Division works closely with law enforcement and Stearns County Human Services to make Stearns County a safe place to live, learn and grow.
