Meetings On Demand is a service that provides comprehensive County Board meeting information, including detailed agenda packets,meeting minutes and live and archived webcasts.

Easy To Use
Agendas, minutes and webcasts can all be found from the site's Home page. Simply choose a meeting date and click on the accompanying item you want to view:
- Agenda icons link to summary or detailed versions (PDF files)
- Minutes icon links to the approved minutes (PDF files)
- Video links to the webcast window
Or use the Search tool (on the Home and Search pages) to find items by keyword.
All-In-One Webcasts
County Board meetings have been shown via webcast for a number of years, but the new multi-view webcast window provides so much more. From one place you can:
- watch the live or archived webcast
- view item details and any supporting attachments
- jump to meeting segments (archive only)
