Subscription Service, RSS and other Notifications
Stearns County is always looking for ways to provide citizens with up to date information. We offer a free email update service, which will send an email notification directly to our citizens at the same time the information is published online. County departments have various agendas, minutes, newsletters, auction notices, announcements and many other items available online.
If email updates aren't your style, get the latest news and updates from Stearns County delivered to your desktop by subscribing to RSS feeds. Subscription to RSS feeds is free. You'll receive notification through your feed reader software when new information is available for the feed(s) you've subscribed to.
Are you interested in one specific Stearns County document or process? If you're a registered user of our site, you may track any document -- or even an entire folder -- in our Document Library. Our web site will send you an email notification whenever that document is updated. If you're tracking a folder, you'll get word whenever something's added, deleted or changed inside that folder.
Use the Login link at the top of any page to register. When you're logged into our site, just click the envelope icon next to any Library document to track it.
- Begin by providing your email address to our subscription site.
- Set a password to your account. A password controls how your email address is subscribed and unsubscribed to the system, and protects from others subscribing you without your permission.
- After submitting your password, you'll be taken to the Quick Subscribe page, where you can continue to subscribe to any of our other email alert services. Make your selections and click Save. You will then be asked to fill out an optional brief survey.
- Activate your subscription request. You will be sent a message to your email account, asking you to confirm your request by following an included link.
